Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay your first month (or year) when you sign up, and your setup specialist aims to have you live within 10 business days.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for the year up front and you're charged for 10 months instead of 12 – two months free.
What if I use more than my allowance?
Extra AI call minutes are A$0.66 each. Extra chat/WhatsApp replies are A$0.22 each, or A$99 for a pack of 500. 100 SMS are included each month; after that, SMS packs are A$29 for 200. By default Koko only texts leads who left a confirmed number.
Can I add a channel later?
Yes. Added on its own later, Website AI Chat is A$149/month and WhatsApp A$199/month, with no setup fee. Choose them when you sign up and they cost less as part of a plan: website chat is A$100/month in Phone + Web, and WhatsApp A$190/month in Connected.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time after the first month; billing stops at the end of the period. Refunds follow the service terms and Australian Consumer Law.
Who sets everything up?
A real person connects your phone and calendar, checks Koko's answers with you and runs test calls before you go live – included in your plan. Changes outside the included monthly update time are A$165/hour, quoted before we start.
