This page is a placeholder. The legal entity, ABN, GST registration, sub-processors and data locations must be confirmed and the text reviewed before any customer is charged.
Services that handle customer and caller data today:
- Retell AI – answers phone calls: speech recognition, the voice, call recordings and transcripts
- Twilio – phone numbers, SMS (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups) and WhatsApp messages
- DeepSeek – AI for website chat and WhatsApp replies, and for drafting answers from uploaded information – processed outside Australia
- Stripe – payments and subscriptions
- Google – sign-in with Google, and the Google Calendar each business connects for bookings
Planned for launch (not final):
- Supabase – database and file storage
- Vercel – website and app hosting
- Resend – email notifications
